11 suspects sa Degamo-slay case inilipat sa BJMP Taguig jail
Mula sa kustodiya ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), inilipat na sa pasilidad ng Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) sa Taguig City ang 11 suspek sa pagpatay kay Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo at sa siyam iba pa.
Ito ang inanunsiyo ni Justice Sec. Jesus Crispin Remulla at aniya ang paglipat ay nangyari kaninang.
Ang mga inilipat ay sina Marvin Miranda, Winrich Isturis, Eulogio Gonyon Jr., John Louie Gonyon, Joric Labrador, Benjie Rodriguez, Jhudiel . Rivero, Dahniel Lora, Romel Pattaguan, Rogelio Antipolo Jr., at Joven Javier.
Ayon pa kay Remulla ang paglipat sa 11 ay base sa kahilingan ng NBI bunsod na rin pagsasaayos ng pasilidad sa Maynila.
Sampu sa mga suspek, maliban kay Miranda, ay binawi na ang naunang testimoniya ng pag-amin sa krimen at pag-uugnay kay suspended Negros Oriental 3rd District Rep. Arnolfo “Arnie” A. Teves Jr.
Samantala, inanunsiyo na rin ni Remulla ang kanyang pagdalo sa pulong ng Anti-Terrorism Council (ATC) ngayon buwan upang pag-usapan ang kanyang rekomendasyon na kilalanin bilang terorista si Teves.
