Inaasahang lalabas na ng Philippine Area of responsibility ang Tropical Storm Dodong mamayang 8:00 ng gabi sa Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
Namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa 305 kanluran ng Sinait, Ilocos Sur.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 65 kilometro kada oras at pagbugso na 80 kilometro kada oras.
