Iaangat pa ni Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte ang kwalidad ng edukasyon sa lungsod.
Pahayag ito ni Belmonte matapos dumalo sa pagtatapos ng mahigit 4,000 na estudyante ng day care center sa lungsod.
Sabi ni Belmonte, gagabayan ng pamahalaang lungsod ang mga estudyante hanggang sa makapagtapos sa kolehiyo.
Nasa 2,334 na kabataang mag aaral mula sa 44 daycare center ng 29 na barangay sa District 1 habang nasa 2,230 kabataan mula sa 49 na daycare centers sa District 3 sa lungsod ang nagtapos.
Hinimok din ni Belmonte ang mga magulang na ibigay ang buong suporta sa mga bata upang makamit ang kanilang pangarap.
Ang daycare centers ng QCLGU ay pinangangasiwaan ng QC Social Services Development Department (SSDD) at libre ang lahat ng serbisyo at gamit ng mga bata dito tulad ng school supplies.
Kasama rin ni Mayor Belmonte sa graduation rites sina Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, District 1 Action Officer Ollie Belmonte, Chief of Staff Rowena Macatao, at SSDD OIC Eileen Velasco gayundin sina District 3 Councilor Wency Lagumbay, Councilor Kate Coseteng at Social Services Development Department OIC Eileen Velasco.
