Pagbura sa P57.75 bilyong utang ng mga magsasaka, walang epekto sa fiscal revenue
Walang epekto sa fiscal revenue ng bansa ang pag-condone ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa P57.75 bilyong utangng mga magsasaka.
Ayon kay Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno, matagal na kasing naka-plano ang deficit target ng gobyerno.
“Wala pong impact ito sa fiscal picture ng gobyerno dahil naplano na namin over the next five years kung ano iyong deficit target natin, ano iyong revenues. Hindi po kasama ito sa computation. So walang pong impact ito and it will benefit, as mentioned by the President, many agrarian reform beneficiaries,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
“Kapag nagpapatakbo po kayo ng gobyerno, hindi lang po efficiency ang inyong iniisip, social justice din po kasama diyan. So this will fall under social justice,” pahayag ni Diokno.
Nilagdaan ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang Republic Act No. 11953 o New Agrarian Emancipation Act.
Nasa 610,054 na mga magsasaka na nakinabang sa bagong batas.
