Humarap sa mga mamamahayag sa Department of Justice Building si Remulla kanina para ipaliwanag ang dahilan ng kanyang “wellness leave.”
Pagbabahagi nito, umabot ng pitong oras ang kanyang operasyon noong Hunyo 27 at aniya naging matagumpay naman ito at nakauwi na siya makalipas ang limang araw.
Nabanggit din nito na wala siyang plano na magbitiw sa posisyon.
“I serve at the pleasure of the President. And I will continue to discharge my functions as long as the President believes in my capability to lead the department,” ayon sa kalihim.
Sa ngayon aniya ay sumasailalim siya sa therapy upang lubos na manumbalik ang lakas ng kanyang katawan.
