ERC naglabas ng show cause order sa NGCP dahil sa delayed projects
Inisyuhan ng Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) ang National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) ng “show cause order” kaugnay sa mga naantalang proyekto.
Nakasaad sa kautusan na ilan sa mga aplikasyon ng NGCP para sa tinatawag na Capital Expenditure Projects ay aprubado na ng ERC.
Layon ng mga naturang proyekto ay ang expansion at pagpapabuti ng transmission facilities, na bahagi ng mandato ng NGCP.
Base sa inilabas na impormasyon ng ERC, may proyekto na halos anim na taon ng naaantala, may tatlo, dalawa at marami naman ay malaput ng mag-isang taon.
Hiningi ng ERC ang paliwanag ng NGCP sa loob ng 15 araw upang hindi sila patawan ng kaparusahan.
