Disbarred na sa pagiging abogado si Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation Lorenzo “Larry” Gadon.
Unanimous ang desisyon ng Supreme Court sa disbarment case laban kay Gadon.
Ayon sa Public Information Office ng Supreme Court, 15-0 ang botohan ng mga mahistrado.
Nag-ugat ang kaso ni Gadon sa viral video clip kung saan minura ang journalist na si Raissa Robles.
Naghain si Robles ng kasong libel, cyberlibel at paglabag sa Safe Spaces Act laban kay Gadon.
“By a unanimous vote of 15-0, the Supreme Court En Banc resolved to disbar Atty. Lorenzo “Larry” Gadon for the viral video clip where he repeatedly cursed and uttered profane remarks against journalist Raissa Robles,” pahayag ng SC.
Kamakalawa lamang, itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. si Gadon bilang Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation.
