Larry Gadon itinalaga ni Pangulong Marcos bilang Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation
Itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. si Attorney Lorenzo “Larry” Gadon bilang Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation.
Ayon sa pahayag ng Presidential Communications Office, ang pagkakatalaga kay Gadon sa puwesto ay patunay na sinsero ang gobyerno sa pagtugon sa isa sa pinakamalaking hamon sa bansa.
“He will play a pivotal role in advising the President on strategies and policies aimed at combating poverty and improving the lives of the most vulnerable sectors of society,” pahayag ng PCO.
“He will work closely with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive programs to address the root causes of poverty,” pahayag ng PCO.
Tiwala si Pangulong Marcos na may sapat na kakayahan si Gadon bilang isang corporate executive at legal counsel na harapin ang bagong tungkulin.
Si Gadon ay naging Managing Partner ng Gadon and Associates Law Office at Associate sa Antonio Abad and Associates Law Office.
Tumakbong senador si Gadon noong 2022 elections sa ilalim ng UniTeam ni Pangulong Marcos subalit natalo.
Naging kilala rin si Gadon sa pamosong liny ana “huwag kang bobo.”
