CBCP dapat maglabas ng polisiya sa liturgical gestures
Nanawagan si Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma sa pamunuan ng Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines na maglabas ng isang polisiya para sa tamang liturgical gestures sa mga misa.
Partikular na tinutukoy ni Palma ang Lord’s Prayer.
Ginawa ni Palma ang pahayag ilang araw bago ang plenary assembly ng CBCP na gaganapon sa Kalibo, Aklan sa Hulyo 8 hanggang 10.
“The way we experience in the CBCP, it is helpful if we have a common stand with regard to certain practices,” pahayag ni Palma sa CBCP News.
“And I’d like to believe that would be reviewed and eventually a final recommendation will be made,” dagdag ng Arsobispo.
Sa ngayon, magkahawak kamay ang mga mananampalataya tuwing dinarasal ang Lord’s Prayer.
“This will also show that we are indeed one in expression of the liturgical practices,” pahayag ni Palma.
Una nang nanawagan si Dumaguete Bishop Julito Cortes na magkaroon ng polisiya ang simbahan sa Lord’s Prayer.
Sa halip kasi na magkahawak kamay, ayon kay Bishop Cortes, mas makabubuti kung nakadahop palad na lamang.
