Si Uvero ay international trade, indirect tax, logistics at supply chain expert at nagsilbing consultant ng PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
Nagtrabaho rin si Uvero sa ibat-ibang customs technical assistance programs na pinondohan ng JICA, Asian Development Bank at USAID.
Itinalaga rin si retired Brig. Gen. Ronnie Montejo, na dating regional director ng Central Visayas Regional Police Office, bilang Director II ng Land Transportation Office (LTO).
Itinalaga rin si Perla Leoncio bilang Director IV ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
