Pagbuo ng Private Sector Jobs and Skills Corporation suportado ni Pangulong Marcos

Welcome para kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang pagtatatag ng Private Sector Jobs and Skills Corp. (PSJSC) para makaagapay ang mga Filipinong manggagawa at matugunan ang jobs at skills mismatch sa bansa.
Ayon sa Pangulo, sa ganitong paraan, makalilikha rin ng mas maraming trabaho.
Ginawa ng Pangulo ang pahayag matapos ang pakikipagpulong sa Private Sector Advisory Council-Job Sector Group (PSAC-JSG) sa Malakanyang.
“Well, if it’s private sector-led, then the data gathering function will actually be almost automatic because it’s the private sector that will say ‘these are the things we need’,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
Inatasan ng Pangulo ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Education (DepEd), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), at Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) na makipag-ugnayan sa PSAC-JSG para makabuo ng maayos na sistema para matugunan ang problema sa jobs at skills mismatch.
Base sa pag-aaral ng Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), 40 percent ng mga Filipino na may trabaho ay mayroong academic credentials ng lagpas pa sa kinakailangan sa trabaho.
