Inanunsiyo ng AirAsia Philippines na may “flight rescheduling” sila sa Mayo 17 kasabay ng ipapatupad na “airspace closure.”
Sinabi ni AirAsia Philippines Communications and Public Affairs Country Head Steve Dailisan ang konting pagbabago sa oras ng mga biyahe ay para na rin magbigay daan sa mas ligtas, mas maasahan at napagbuting “airspace management.”
” Through collaboration with the authorities, we are committed to ensuring the seamless operation of our flights and the safety of our guests,” pagtitiyak ni Dailisan.
Aniya ang kanilang mga pasahero na maaapektuhan ay maaring pumili sa kanilang Standard Recovery Options (SROs) tulad ng rebooking, credit account, o refund sa pamamagitan ng AskBo sa AirAsia Superapp.
