Pacman maghahabol sa desisyon ng US breach of contract case

Sinabi ni Pambansang Kamao Manny Pacquiao na hindi pa pinal ang desisyon ng korte ukol sa kinaharap na “breach of contract” case, na isinampa ng Paradigm Sports sa Estados Unidos.
Sa kanyang inilabas na pahayag, sinabi ni Pacquiao na pinag-aaralan na ng kanyang mga abogado ang susunod na gagawin nilang hakbang.
“While I respect the decision of the jury, I feel that our position on this case was not fully appreciated so I am definitely pursuing other legal remedies so that truth and justice will prevail,” ani Pacquiao.
Ayon naman sa kanyang abogado na si Atty. Jason Aniel, ng Haight Brown & Bonesteel, LLP, nagtakda pa ng pagdinig ang korte sa Hunyo.
“A final judgment has not been entered. The court has scheduled a hearing in June and there are still legal issues that need to be addressed before the case is fully resolved. We look forward to the final decision of the court,” sabi ni Aniel.
Kinampihan ng jury sa Orange County, California ang Paradigm Sports sa paghahabol nito sa kontrata sa kanila ni Pacquiao.
Inutusan si Pacquiao na bayaran ng $5.1 million sa Paradigm Sports at halos $2 million na attorney fees.
