Romualdez: Pagbisita sa US ni PBBM Jr., agad nang nagbunga
Hindi pa tapos ang pagbisita ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., sa US, nagbunga na agad ito para sa Pilipinas.
Ito ang paniniwala ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez at aniya ang unang magandang naibingan ay ang pagpapatibay nina Pangulong Marcos Jr, at US President Biden sa ugnayan ng dalawang bansa sa larangan ng ekonomiya at seguridad.
“This high-level trade and investment mission from the US will add more momentum to sustain our country’s economic growth and help establish the Philippines as a hub for investments and as a regional supply chain hub,” ani Romualdez.
Dagdag pa niya: “Such bilateral economic engagement with the US will not only generate more jobs and business opportunities for our people but, more importantly, it would focus on sectors critical to ensuring a resilient supply chain to avert the recurrence of serious disruptions that wreaked havoc in the economies of many countries in the past few years.”
Mahigit dalawang linggo na si Romualdez sa US at siya ang naglatag ng mga agenda sa pagbisita sa US ni Pangulong Marcos Jr.
Kabilang sa kanyang naselyuhan ay mahahalagang bagong kasunduan sa pagnenegosyo at pamumuhunan.
