48,000 na pamilya makikinabang sa pabahay sa Mindanao
Nasa 48,000 pamilya ang makikinabang sa Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing project ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa Mindanao region.
Ito ay matapos pormal na lagdaan ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) at apat na local government units sa Mindanao.
Kabilang na rito ang memoranda of understanding na nilagdaan ni DHSUD Secretary Rizalino Acuzar at City Mayors Rolando Uy ng Cagayan De Oro at Erick Cañosa ng Gingoog, at Municipal Mayors Jayfrancis Bago ng Opol, Misamis Oriental, at Dionisio Cabahug ng Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
Nasa mahigit 60 ektaryang lupa ipatatayo ang mga pabahay.
“The huge housing backlog is not just a figure we need to close. Each number represents a family needing a roof over their heads. As we pursue our mandate and push for the administration’s 4PH Program, we recognize the important role of local government units,” pahayag ni Acuzar.
“Your (LGUs) commitment is crucial for its success as you are involved in all its phases – from identifying the location, planning the design and determining target beneficiaries,” dagdag ni Acuzar.
All out support aniya ag DHSUD sa pabahay program.
“We, at DHSUD, also commit ourselves to usher you every step of the way. Tayo po ay magtulungan sapagkat hindi natin ito kakayanin mag-isa. Makakaasa po kayo na gagawin namin ang lahat sa abot ng aming makakaya upang maisakatuparan ang pangarap ng mahal nating mga kababayan na magkaroon ng sarili nilang bahay,” pahayag ni Acuzar.
