Ito ay matapos ang pakikipagpulong ng mga opisyal ng DICT at Justice Secretary Crispin Remulla kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ngayong araw sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
Ayon kay Remulla, palalawigin ang deadline para mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang publiko na mairehistro ang SIM card.
Bukas, Abril 26 sana ang deadline ng SIM card registration.
Una rito, sinabi ni Remulla na babantayan ng pamahalaan ang mga kompanya ng telekomunikasyon para masiguro na hindi sasamantalahin ang SIM card registration.
