Ironclad commitment ng Amerika sa depensa ng Pilipinas pagtitibayin nina Pangulong Marcos at US President Biden
Muling pagtitibayin nina Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. at US President Joe Biden ang ironclad commitment ng Amerika para palakasin pa ang depensa ng Pilipinas.
Base sa pahayag ni White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, may nakatakdang bilateral meeting sina Pangulong Marcos at Biden sa White House sa Washington, D.C. sa Mayo 1.
“During the visit, President Biden will reaffirm the United States’ ironclad commitment to the defense of the Philippines, and the leaders will discuss efforts to strengthen the longstanding U.S.-Philippines alliance,” pahayag ni Jean-Pierre.
“The two leaders will review opportunities to deepen economic cooperation and promote inclusive prosperity, expand our nations’ special people-to-people ties, invest in the clean energy transition and the fight against climate change, and ensure respect for human rights,” dagdag ni Jean-Pierre.
Tatalakayin din ng dalawang lider ang iba pang usapin na may kinalaman sa Pilipinas at Amerika.
“The two leaders will also discuss regional matters and coordinate on efforts to uphold international law and promote a free and open Indo-Pacific,” pahayag ni Jean-Pierre.
