Base sa 8:00 am advisory ng Pagasa, kabilang sa mga nasa signal number 1 ang northern at western portions ng Camarines Norte (Santa Elena, Capalonga, Paracale, Jose Panganiban, Vinzons); southern portion ng Aurora (Dingalan, San Luis) at northern at eastern portions ng Quezon (Calauag, Infanta, Plaridel, Quezon, Alabat, Sampaloc, Mauban, General Nakar, Perez, Gumaca, Atimonan, Real, Lopez) kasama na ang Pollilo Islands.
Namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa karagatan ng Jomalig, Quezon.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 45 kilometro kada oras at pagbugso na 55 kilometro kada oras.
Kumikilos ang bagyo sa west northwestward direction sa bilis na 10 kilometro kada oras.
Inaasahang nasa karagatan ng General Nakar, Quezon ang bagyo mamayang 5:00 ng hapon.
