Nilagdaan ang warrant of arrest ni Presiding Judge Gener Gito noong Abril 12, 2023.
Matatandaang pinagbabaril hanggang sa mapatay si Lapid noong Oktubre 3, 2022 sa Las Piñas City.
Una nang pinabulaanan ni Bantag na may kinalaman siya sa pagpatay kay Lapid.
