Aabot sa 3,614 na pasahero ang stranded sa ibat ibang pantalan dahil sa Tropical Depression Amang.
Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard, nasa 593 na rolling cargoes, 12 vessels at siyam na motorbancas ang na-stranded din.
Kabilang sa mga stranded ang 373 na pasahero sa Southern Tagalog, 1,560 na pasahero sa Bicol regon, 1,681 sa Eastern Visayas.
Pinagbawalan ng PCG ang mga sasakyang pangdagat na maglayag dahil sa malalakas na alon dulot ng bagyo.
