Sa Facebook post ng Pangulo, nagpapasalamat ang punong ehekutibo sa tulong ni Arroyo.
“I would like to extend a very grateful and very joyful happy birthday to former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
“I cannot do this greeting without mentioning all the help and assistance and guidance that you have provided in all of the things that we have been doing and there are many things that I cannot imagine we would not been able to do if not for your advice and your guidance on many of these very importance issues. So thank you very much for that, President GMA, and I’ll just add a very, very happy birthday,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
Ipinagdiriwang ngayong araw ni dating Pangulong Arroyo ang kanyang ika-76 na kaarawan.
Matatandaang paulit-ulit na sinasabi ng Pangulo na si Arroyo ang kanyang secret weapon kung kaya matagumpay ang kanyang mga foreign trip at pamamahala sa kasalukuyang administrasyon.
