Mga kompaniya na nagbibigay ng pekeng resibo, target ng BIR
Nakatuon ang pansin ngayon ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) sa mga negosyo na nagbibigay ng pekeng resibo sa kanilang mga kustomer.
Sinabi ni Comm. Romeo Lumagui, ang ganitong modus ay ikinalulugi ng gobyerno ng bilyong-bilyong piso kada taon.
Pagbabahagi ni Lumagui may mga naipon na silang listahan ng mga kompaniya na nagbibigay ng mga pekeng resibo base sa mga nakuha sa sinalakay na pabrika sa Eastwood, Quezon City.
Makikita sa mga resibo, ayon pa sa opisyal, ang pangalan ng mga negosyo na nakabase sa Metro Manila at ilang mauunlad na lugar sa bansa.
“We are not only targeting the printers and distributors, but the buyers and users as well as their accountants who assist them in manipulating their financial records to reduce tax payments, ” ani Lumagui
