Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro tuloy ang pagkasa
Ipagpapatuloy ni Pangulong Marcos Jr. ang implementasyon ng Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro at sinabi niya ito sa selebrasyon ng ika-siyam na anibersaryo ng CAB.
Sabi ng Pangulo, isang milestone sa Bangsamoro peace process ang CAB, patunay din aniya ito na maigting ang pagnanais ng gobyerno na maitaguyod ang kapayapaan sa Bangsamoro.
“For 9 years the peace pact has stood firm and the Bangsamoro people have thrived and flourished. We shall ensure that they continue to do so. Under this administration, the political and normalization tracks of the peace agreement continue to gain momentum. Our partners in the BARMM continue to deliver on their commitments in both tracks, with the recent passing of the critical Bangsamoro Electoral Code,” dagdag ng Pangulo.
Patuloy aniyang pagsusumikapan ng pamahalaan na tuluyan nang makamit ang matagal nang inaasam na kapayapaan.
“We in the national government will do our part to fulfil our commitments under the peace agreements and see its full implementation. We shall not waver from this. As we have said before, the path to lasting peace is always under construction but we shall build and walk this path together so that our children and the generations more that will follow shall live lives of prosperity and of peace,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
