Pangangasiwaan ang Presidential Help Desk ng Presidential Action Center.
Kinakailangan na mayroong Project Coordinator ang Presidential Help Desk na direktang magre-report sa Presidential Action Center.
Kukunin ang pondo sa Office of the President.
Ayon sa Presidential Communications Office, nasa 52,728 action documents na ang natanggap ng OP. Sa naturang bilang, 20 percent sa mga ito ay may kinalaman sa medical concerns o humihingi ng tulong.
