Dadagdagan ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang honoraria ng mga guro na magsisilbing electoral boards sa barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan elections.
Ayon kay Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia, mula sa P4,000 hanggang P6,000 na honoraria, gagawin na itong P8,000 hanggang P10,000.
Ipapantay aniya ang honoraria sa mga guro nanagsisilbi sa automated elections.
Sabi ni Garcia, ipipilit niyang madagdagan ang honoraria ng mga guro lalo na kung matutuloy ang constitutional convention sa eleksyon.
