90 pamumuhunan ibinunga ng China trip ni Pangulong Marcos Jr.

Nasa 90 active investments ang binabantayan ngayon ng Board of Investments (BOI) bunga ng mga pagbiyahe ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., sa China noong nakaraang Enero.

Sa talumpati ng Pangulo sa Convention of the Federation  ng Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc. (FFCCCII) sa Pasay City, sinabi nito na mga Chinese companies ang naglagay ng proyekto.

“I am pleased to share that as of February 2023, the BOI, the Board of Investments is monitoring 90 active investment leads from Chinese companies engaged in manufacturing, information technology, business process management, and renewable energy. May you all take hold of and maximize these prospects as you venture into your next endeavors for the benefit of our people and for our communities,” dagdag ng Pangulo.

Tiniyak pa ng Pangulo sa Chinese-Filipino businessmen na pinakikinggan at tinutugunan na ng kanyang administrasyon ang hinaing ng mga ito ukol sa pagnenegosyo katulad na lamang ng mas mabilis na proseso sa pagkuha ng mga permit, para na rin mas maraming negosyante ang mamuhunan sa bansa.

Inamyendahan na rin ng Pangulo ang Implementing Rules and Regulations sa Renewable Energy Act para maibaba ang singil sa kuryente.

Inalis na rin ng Pangulo ang restrictions sa foreign ownership sa Renewable Energy (RE) generation projects sa bansa.

Nilagdaan na rin ang executive order na magtatatag ng green lanes para sa strategic investments.

Kinilala ng Pangulo ang papel na ginagampanan ng FFCCCII sa paglago ng ekonomiya ng bansa pati na ang pagtulong sa mga komunidad kaya ng Operation: Barrio Schools and Operation: Bakuna.
