Luigi Villafuerte ang nag-anunsiyo sa resolusyon na ipinasa ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan. “For all that you have done for the province of Camarines Sur, as a way of expressing our everlasting gratitude for all that you have done, please allow me to present to you the resolution by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Camarines Sur, declaring you, Mr. President, as the adopted son of Camarines Sur,” pahayag ni Villafuerte. Nagtungo ang Pangulo sa Camarines Sur para pangunahan ang paglulunsad sa “Kadiwa ng Pangulo” at groundbreaking ceremony ng housing projects.
