Motion to travel ni San Juan City Councilor Jannah Ejercito, pinagbigyan

Pinagbigyan ng Sandiganbayan ang motion to travel ni San Juan City Councilor Jannah Ejercito.

Sumalang sa conditional arraignment si Jannah Ejercito sa Sandiganbayan 6th Division, kung saan naghain ito ng not guilty plea.

Ang konsehala ay co-accused ni Senador JV Ejercito sa technical malversation case kaugnay sa maanomalyang pagbili ng mga high-powered firearms gamit ang calamity funds, noong alkalde pa ng San Juan City ang mambabatas.

Batay sa motion to travel ni Jannah Ejercito, hiniling nito sa anti-graft court na makabiyahe patungong Guam mula June 25 hanggang 29, 2016 para sa isang family vacation.

Inatasan naman ng korte ang konsehala na magbaya ng anim na libong pisong travel bond.

Nauna nang naghain si Jannah Ejercito ng motion to dismiss sa korte upang maibasura ang kaso. Si Jannah Ejercito ay pamangkin ni dating Pangulo at ngayo’y Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada.
