Negros Oriental Rep. Arnie Teves sinampahan ng murder complaints
Sinampahan ng PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) ng multiple murder complaints si Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo Teves kaugnay sa pagkakapatay sa apat katao noong 2019.
Inihain ang reklamo sa Department of Justice (DOJ) at limang iba pa ang kasama sa reklamo.
Sinabi ni Levi Baligod, abogado ng pamilya ng isa sa mga biktima, na ang kanilang mga testigo ay kasama sa grupo na nautusan pumatay.
“But ito, apat pa lang ang nai-file namin, but I think there will be more because in my record based on the complainants, there were 12 murders committed between the period 2018 and 2019,” ani Baligod.
Paliwanag niya, si Teves ang nag-utos para patayin ang mga biktima kayat tiwala siya sa kredebilidad ng kanilang mga testigo.
Diumano pulitika ang motibo sa pagpatay.
