PCC may bagong mamumuno, iba pang ahensiya may mga bagong opisyal
Itinalaga ni Pangulong Marcos Jr. si Ateneo Law School – Commercial Law at Intellectual Property Departments Chairman Ferdinand Negre bilang commissioner ng Philippine Competition Commission (PCC).
Nagbigay na rin ng lecture si Negre, na isang certified public accountant, sa ibat-ibang unibersidad, ahensiya ng gobyerno at pandaigdigang organisasyon kabilang na ang World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Miyembro si Negre ng Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Special Rules sa Indigenous People at naging examiner ng Mercantile Law noong 2014 Bar Examinations
Nagsilbi din siyang trustee at president ng Licensing Executives Society of the Philippines si Negre at founding trustee at vice-president ng Intellectual Property Professors and Researchers Organization of the Philippines, Inc.
Samantala, itinalaga rin ng Pangulong Marcos Jr. si Gerald Divinigracia bilang deputy director-general ng Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) samantalang director IV sina Grace Fernandez at Leonardo Tapia.
Samantalang ginawang director III sa Department of Agriculture sina Jose Albert Barrogo at Luz Marcelino.
Ginawang kinatawan naman sina Rhoda Caliwara at Lucila Tarriela ng employers’ sector sa National Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (NTIPC) ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
At kakatawan ng labor sector ng NTIPC sina Temistocles Dejon Jr. at Gerad Seno.
Si Debie Torres ay naitalaga bilang director IV sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
