Naglaan ang Department of Social Welfare and Development I(DSWD) ng P5 milyong standby fund para sa mga naapektuhan ng magnitude 5.7 earthquake na yumanig sa Masbate.
Sa ngayon, mayroong 28,000 family food packs at 51,540 na non-food packs ang nakahandang ipamahagi kung kinakailanganan.
Base sa talaan ng DSWD, mayroon ng mga pamilya ang inilikas.
Nagpakalat na ang DSWD ng quick response team na aalalay sa mga naapektuhan ng lindol.
May ginagawa na ring rapid damage assessment ang DSWD.
