Chinese Ambassador pinagpaliwanag ni Pangulong Marcos sa military grade laser incident sa Ayungin Shoal
Ipinatawag ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang si Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian.
Ito ay para ipaabot ng Pangulo ang pagkabahala sa madalas at lumalalang mga aksyon ng China laban sa Philippine Coast Guard at sa mga Filipinong mangingisda.
Ayon kay Presidential Communications Operations Secretary Cheloy Garafil, ipinatawag ng Pangulo sii Huang ngayong hapon.
“The President summoned Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian this afternoon to express his serious concern over the increasing frequency and intensity of actions by China aganst the Philippine Coast Guard and our Filipino fishermen in their bancas, the latest of which was the deployment of a military grade laser against our Coast Guard vessels,” pahayag ni Garafil.
Una nang inamin ng PCG na naganap ang panunutok ng military grade laser ng Chinese Coast Guard sa PCG noong Pebrero 6, 2023 sa bahagi ng Ayungin Shoal.
