Anak ni Professor Randy David itinalagang Undersecretary ng DENR
Itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang anak ni Professor Randy David na si Carlos Primo Constantino David bilang Undersecretary ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
Magsisilbi si David ng anim na taon bilang co-terminus ng Pangulo.
Si David ay anak ni University of the Philippines Professor Randy at dating Civil Service Commission Chairperson Karina David na kilalang mga taga-suporta ng “pinklawan” o ng kampo ng natalong presidential candidate na si dating Vice President Leni Robredo.
Si David ay kapatid ng batiking journalist na si Kara David.
Disyembre 28, 2022 pa nilagdaan ng Pangulo ang appointment paper ni David pero ngayon lamang inilabas ang papel.
Patunay ito na sa administrasyong Marcos walang kulay pulitika kundi pagkakaisa lamang.
Una nang itinalaga ni Pangulong Marcos si ang aktibistang si Alan Tanjusay bilang Undersecretary ng Department of Social Welfare and Development.
