State prosecutors magsasagawa ng PI sa dalawa pang reklamo vs Bantag
Nagtalaga na ang Department of Justice (DOJ) ng prosecutors para magsagawa ng preliminary investigation sa dalawa pang reklamo laban kay Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gerald Bantag.
Si Asst. State Prosecutor Michael Humarang ang naitalaga sa reklanong torture at serious physical injuries na isinampa ng dalawang bilanggo sa New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
Samantala ang katulad din na mga reklamo dagdag pa ang oral defamation, obstruction of justice at grave threats na inihain naman ng limang correcction officers ng Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm sa Palawan ay hahawakan nina Sr. Asst. State Prosecutor Roldan Parrocha at Prosecution Attorney Victor Dalanao.
Sinabi ni Senior Deputy State Prosecutor Richard Anthony Fadullon ang preliminary investigation sa dalawang reklamo ay isasagawa na agad.
Si Bantag ay nahaharap na sa dalawang kaso ng murder kaugnay sa pagpatay kay Percival Mabasa alias Percy Lapid at sa bilanggo na si Cristito Palana.
