ICC probe sa anti-drug war, irritant ayon sa DOJ

Irritant para kay Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla ang desisyon ng International Criminal Court na ituloy ang imbestigasyon sa anti-drug war campaign ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Ayon kay Remulla, hindi welcome sa bansa ang ICC.

Iginiit ni Remulla na hindi na dapat na makialam ang ICC sa panloob na usapin sa bansa dahil batid naman ng buong mundo na maayos at gumagana naman ang sistema ng hudikatura.

Sinabi pa ni Remulla na bagamat bukas sa diyalogo ang Pilipinas at maaring magbahagi ng data, hindi dapat na diktahan ng ICC ang bansa.

Nakikipag-ugnayan na si Remulla kay Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra para pag-aralan kung ano ang susunod na hakbang ng Pilipinas.
