12 senators, ‘perfect attendance’ sa pagbubukas ng 19th Congress
Pinangunahan ni Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri ang 11 pang senador na hindi lumiban sa mga sesyon simula noong Hulyo 25 hanggang Disyenbre 14 ng nakaraang taon.
Nabatid na ‘perfect attendance’ sa 39 sesyon bukod kay Zubiri sina Senate President Pro Tempore Loren Legarda, Majority Leader Joel Villanueva, Minority Leader Koko Pimentel III, Deputy Majority Leader JV Ejercito, Sens. Bato dela Rosa, Jinggoy Estrada, Win Gatchalian, Bong Go, Risa Hontiveros, Robin Padilla at Bong Revilla.
Ang iba tulad nina Sens. Sonny Angara, Pia Cayetano, Lito Lapid, Francis Tolentino, at Grace Poe ay may isa o dalawang araw na hindi nakadalo dahil sa ‘official missions.’
May isang absent naman si Sen. Raffy Tulfo at dalawa kay Sen. Cynthia Villar.
May limang beses na absent si Sen. Nancy Binas, anim kay Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, pito kay Sen. Chiz Escudero (dalawa ay official missions0, apat kay Sen. Imee Marcos (tatlo ay official missions), pito kay Sen. Mark Villar (anim ay nasa official missions din siya).
Magbabalik ang sesyon ng Senado sa Lunes, Enero 23, matapos ang ‘Christmas break.’
