Dagdag kaso kay Bantag, 11 BuCor officials isinampa ng mga dating tauhan
Inireklamo si suspended Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gerald Bantag at 11 pang opisyal ng kawanihan ng anim nilang tauhan.
Reklamo torture, grave threat, grave coercion, oral defamation at obstruction of justice ang isinampa laban kina Bantag.
Kabilang pa sa mga kinasuhan sina dating BuCor deputy security officer Supt. Ricardo Zulueta, dating BuCor spokesman Gabriel Chaclag at ang corrections officers na sina Jayferson Bon-As, Victor Pascua, Bayani Allaga, Rose Marie Casion, Joel Arnold, Kanoy Lattot, Ave Akilit, Edgar Angeles Jr., at Michale Marzan.
Inireklamo sila sa Department of Justice (DOJ) nina Richie Canja, Lazaro Rafols, Jer Mojado, Eddie Jimenez, Roy Gacasa, at Asher Labrador, pawang nakatalaga sa Iwahig Penal Colony sa Palawan.
Ayon sa reklamo ginulpi ang anim ng grupo ni Bon-As noong Marso 1, 2020 sa Iwahig at kinabukasan ay nagtungo sila sa New Bilibid Prison sa Muntinlupa City kung saan sila sinaktan naman diumano nina Bantag.
Ang pananakit ay nag-ugat dahil nalantad ng anim ang isang ‘asset’ ng BuCor.
