Aberya sa airport dapat na tugunan kaagad ayon kay dating CAAP chief Cusi
Humihirit si dating Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines chief Alfonso Cusi sa administrasyon na agad na tugunan ang krisis sa airport sa bansa.
Pahayag ito ni Cusi matapos magkaaberya ang operasyon ng Manila International Airport noong Enero 1, 2023 kung saan 60,000 na pasahero ang naapektuhan.
Ayon kay Cusi, hindi maaring balewalain ang naturang problema.
Dapat aniyang ayusin ng pamahalaan ang sistema sa airport sa lalong madaling panahon.
“A crisis like that has to be addressed immediately. The maintenance procedure is rigid, and we are compliant with international standards, considering that the system was designed and supervised by JICA,” pahayag ni Cusi.
Matatandaang ininspeksyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. kamakalawa ang Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 para personal na alamin ang naging aberya.
