Anak ni Justice Secretary Remulla, abswelto sa kasong illegal drugs
Inabswelto ng korte sa kasong illegal drug possession ang anak ni Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla na si Juanito Jose Remulla III.
Base sa desisyon ni Judge Ricardo Moldez II ng Las Piñas City Regional Trial Court Branch 197, hindi guilty sa paglabag sa Section II ng Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act ang nakababatang Remulla.
Naaresto ang nakababatang Remulla noong Oktubre 11, 2022 matapos tumanggap ng package mula Amerika na may laman ng 900 gramo ng kush o mataas na grado ng marijuana na nagkakahalaga ng P1.3 milyon.
Ang mga tauhan ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency ang nagsagawa ng operasyon.
