Bantag bumuwelta ng mga kasong murder, grave misconduct kay Remulla

Sinampahan ng mga kasong murder at grave misconduct si Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla ni suspended Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Gerald Bantag sa Office of the Ombudsman.
Itinuro ni Bantag si Remulla na utak ng pagpatay sa pagpatay sa broadcaster na si Percival Mabasa alias Percy Lapid noong Oktubre 3.
Sinabi ni Bantag na si Remulla ang may motibo para ipapatay si Mabasa dahil binanatan siya ng huli sa programa nito ilang araw lamang bago siya mapatay.
Aniya ang kalihim din ang responsable sa pagkamatay ng preso na si Crisanto Jun Villamor, ang middleman sa pagpatay kay Lapid.
Idinawit din nito sa kanyang reklamo si BuCor OIC Gregorio Catapang.
Minaliit naman ni Remulla ang asunto sa pagsasabing ginagawa lamang ni Bantag ang lahat ng remedyo sa isinampang mga kaso laban sa kanya.
“He’s trying to exhaust all his possible remedies which is to go against me personally, but it will not change anything, the cases will continue,” aniya.
