Nagpalabas ng Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order ang Department of Justice laban kay suspended Bureau of Corrections chief Gerald Bantag at dating deputy security officer Ricardo Zulueta.
Ipinalabas ng DOJ ag lookout bulletin laban kina Bantag at Zulueta matapos madawit ang mga pangalan sa pagpatay sa broadcaster na si Percy Lapid.
Pero paglilinaw ng DOJ, para lamang sa monitoring purposes ang lookout bulletin.
May petsang Disyembre 7 ang lookout bulletin.
“Considering the gravity of the offense charged in the criminal complaints, there is a strong possibility that respondents may attempt to place themselves beyond the reach of the legal processes by leaving the country,” pahayag ng lookout bulletin.
Una nang itinanggi ni Bantag na may kinalaman siya sa pagkamatay ni Lapid.
