Insentibo at rice allowance sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno, aprubado na ni Pangulong Marcos
Magandang balita para sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno.
Ito ay dahil sa inaprubahan na ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang administrative order na magbibigay ng service recognition incentive sa executive department.
Nakasaad din sa AO na bibigyan ng one-time rice allowance ang lahat ng empleyado sa gobyerno ngayong taon.
Base sa AO, hindi dapat na lumagpas sa P20,000 ang one-time service recognition incentive sa executive department personnel.
Kabilang sa maaring tumanggap ng insentibo ang mga civilian personnel sa national government agencies (NGAs), pati na ang mga nasa state universities and colleges (SUCs), government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), regular, contractual o casual employees, mga miyembro ng military o pulis pati na ang fire at jail personnel na nasa ilalim ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Sakop din ng service recognition incentive ang mga personnel sa Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA).
Maari ring mabigyan ng one-time SRI ng kani-kanilanng mga heads of office ang mga empleyado sa Kamara at Senado, Judiciary, Office of the Ombudsman at Constitutional offices.
Maari ring bigyan ng insentibo ang mga empleyado sa local government units (LGUs), kasama na ang mga nasa barangay depende sa financial capability ng LGUs.
Kukunin naman ang pondo sa insentibo sa NGAs, SUCs, at military and uniformed personnel sa Personnel Services (PS) allotment sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 11639 0 2022 national budget.
Samaantala, makakasama naman sa one-time rice assistance ang mga civilian personnel sa NGAs, SUCs, GOCCs, government financial institutions (GFIs), government instrumentalities with corporate powers, at government corporate entities occupying regular, contractual o casual positions.
Mayroon ding rice allowance ang military, police, fire at jail personnel pati na ang Bucor, PCG, at NAMRIA employees.
