P5.268 trilyong 2023 national budget, pirmado na ni Pangulong Marcos
Nilagdaan na para maging ganap na batas ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang P5.268 trilyong national budget para sa taong 2023.
Saksi sa paglagda ng Pangulo sa 2023 General Appropriations Act sa Malakanyang sina Vice President Sara Duterte, Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri, House Speaker Martin Romualdez at iba pang mga mambababatas.
Ayon sa Pangulo, mahalaga ang budget dahil magsisilbi itong lakas para maipatupad ang roadmap at iba pang mga programa sa susunod na taon.
Paulit ulit aniyang pinapaalala sa kanya ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez na ito na ang pinakamabilis na budget na naipasa ng Kongreso.
“It is always very important that the GAA has been put together in consonance with all of the plans of the Executive. And that kind of coordination and that kind of synergy that we will gain from that is going to be an essential part of the way that we move forward,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
Pinasalamatan ng Pangulo ang mga mambabatas maging ang Department of Budget and Management.
“All of these elements that are important for us to position ourselves in the new — I nearly said new society — in the new economy after the pandemic,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
