Ex-Ilocos Norte mayor itinalaga bilang acting NIA chief
May itinalaga si Pangulong Marcos Jr., na pansamantalang administrador ng National Irrigation Administration (NIA).
Kinumpirma ng Office of the Press Secretary ang pagtalaga kay Eduardo Guillen.
Si Guillen ay dating alkalde sa bayan ng Piddig sa Ilocos Norte at siya naitalaga din na miyembro ng NIA Board of Directors.
Pinalitan niya si Benny Antiporda na sinuspindi dahil sa mga diumano’y maling pamamalakad sa ahensiya.
Inireklamo si Antiporda sa Office of theOmbudsman.
Samantala, si Guiller naman ay isang lisensiyadong civil engineer.
