Suspendido ang biyahe sa ilang pantalan sa Sorsogon dahil sa Bagyong Rosal.
Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard, walang biyahe ang mga barko na may rutang Virac patungo ng San Andres ports.
Wala ring biyahe ang pantalan sa Tabaco patungo ng Bacacay ports sa Albay.
Pinapayuhan din ng PCG ang mga mangingisda na iwasan na munang pumalaot dahil sa malalakas na alon dulot ng bagyo.
