2023 proposed national budget, lusot na sa bicam ng Kongreso
Inaprubahan na ng bicameral committee ng Kongreso ang panukalang P5.268-trilyong budget para saa taong 2023.
Ayon kay Senador Sonny Angara, chairman ng Senate committee on finance, inaprubahan ang budget matapos ang ikalawang bicameral conference committee meeting.
Sa ilalim ng panukala, inaprubahan ng komite na ibalik ang P150 milyong confidential and intelligence fund ng Department of Education.
Inaprubahan din ng komite ang P500 milyong confidential at intelligence fund sa ilalim ng tanggapan ni Office of the Vice President Sara Duterte.
Hindi naman naiwasan ni Senate Minority Leader Koko Pimentel na madisyama sa pag-apruba ng bicam report.
