13th month pay sa gov’t contractual at job order personnel inihirit ni Sen. Mark Villar
Naghain ng panukala si Senator Mark Villar na ang layon ay mabigyan din ng ’13th month pay’ ang mga contractual at job order employees sa gobyerno.
Sa kanyang Senate Bill 1528, sinabi ni Villar na ang hinihingi niya ay kahit kalahati ng isang buwan na suweldo ng kawani.
Ito din aniya ay munting pabuya sa kanilang pagbibigay serbisyo ngayon Kapaskuhan.
“Contractual workers and job order personnel play a vital role in government service. They fulfill their duties diligently and passionately comparable to permanent government employee,” aniya.
Ibinahagi nito ang datos na hanggang noong nakaraag Hunyo, may 442,000 non permanent government employees at karamihan sa kanila ay mula sa ‘low income’ na pamilya.
