Pangulong Marcos may aayusin muna sa DA bago iwan ang puwesto
May mga nais na gawin pa si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. bago tuluyang iwan ang pagiging kalihim ng Department of Agriculture.
Ayon sa Pangulo, mayroon siyang timetable para maiayos ang mga programa sa DA.
Sa ngayon aniya, patuloy ang vetting process sa pagpili sa susunod na kalihim ng DA.
“Actually, I have a schedule — I have a timetable for that. There are certain things that I would like to achieve before leaving the department. So hindi pa tayo nandoon. But of course, maraming lumalabas na pangalan. Tuloy-tuloy ang pagtingin namin, pag-ano. So hopefully by the time na ‘yung checklist ko natapos na, mayroon na tayong puwedeng i-nominate na DA,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
Hindi naman matukoy ng Pangulo kung ilang pangalan ang kanyang pinagpipilian para pumalit sa kanyang puwesto bilang kalihim ng DA.
