Government workers may umento sa sahod hanggang sa 2023
May nakalaang umento sa sahod sa mga manggagawa sa public sector.
Ayon kay Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, nakasaad sa Republic Act Number 11466 na hanggang 2023 ipatutupad ang Salary Standardization Law V.
Ibig sabihin, mayroong salary adjustment hanggang sa susunod na taon.
“We would also like to note further that the increase in salary for government workers is carried out thru a legislative measure. Once House Bills or Senate Bills are filed, the DBM is providing comments/inputs/recommendations on the same,” pahayag ni Pangandaman.
Nabatid na sa ilalim ng Fiscal Year 2023 National Expenditure Program (NEP), nakapagbigay na ang DBM ng P47 milyon sa Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) budget para suportahan ang pag-aaral sa government compensation structure sa ibat ibang national government agencies at GOCCs pati na ang kompensasyon ng mga civilian personnel.
Samantala, may inihahanda nang executive issuance ang DBM para sa gratuity pay sa mga job order at contract of service workers.
I-endorso ito ng DBM sa Office of the President para sa konsiderasyon.
