Mga namatay na preso ng Bilibid ililibing simula sa Biyernes

Inanunsiyo ni Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Officer-in-Charge Gregorio Catapang Jr., na simula sa darating na araw ng Biyernes ay ililibing nila ang ilan sa mga namatay na bilanggo.
Ang mga ililibing ay ilan sa matagal ng nakalagak sa isang punerarya sa Muntinlupa City.
Ayon kay Catapang iimbatahan ang mga kilalang kaanak ng mga nasawi, na ipagdarasal din sa pamamagitan ng Banal na Misa.
“I too want them to be buried, give prayers and honor to them,” ani Catapang.
Sa ngayon may 176 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) sa Eastern Funeral Homes.
Nauna nang sinabi ni Justice Sec. Jesus Crispin Remulla na paiimbestigahan niya ang pagkamatay ng mga bilanggo sa pamamagitan ng autopsy.
“We are talking about so many people in one funeral home coming from one source. Might as well check it out. Baka naman the bodies want to tell other stories,” ani Remulla.
